We offer more than 10 guaranteed departure tours, some of which with year-round departures. These tours have been specially prepared to enable the travelers to organize their trip with maximum freedom and to explore Turkey at their own pace while being assured of the reliability of our know-how and assistance. The tours have well balanced itineraries with comfortable hotels and transportation. The main features of our tours are the following:

Guaranteed Departures: All departures are guaranteed with a minimum of two participants. In case of non-registration, our tour sales will close only 5 days prior to the date of departure.

Itineraries : The tour itineraries are specially designed for travelers who not only want to see the most visited places in the country but also wish to discover the so extraordinarily varied and unknown facets of Turkey. With Koptur’s tours, the travelers will explore historical and archaeological sites such as Sagalassus, Hattusas and Sardis which have been recently made accessible, and they will also have the opportunity to discover many preserved traditions and folklore such as the Whirling Dervishes, the hammam, the narghile, the Turkish cuisine...

Guides : All our guides are qualified and authorized by the Ministry of Tourism in Turkey and they speak fluent English. They are colleagues with whom we have been working for years and who have acquired practical experience in their field. They will be glad to show and explain to your customers a country which is the crossroads of the history of civilizations and cultures, and make them enjoy its still little-known charms.

Hotels : Hotels have been chosen carefully. All hotels are 4 star hotels or the best available in a town. In Istanbul, we have selected hotels in the old city close to sightseeing places and whose location is ideal for the travelers to stroll around during their free time.

Meals : Tours are on full board basis. However some meals are not included in Istanbul in order to give the travelers freedom to stroll around as they wish. For lunch, during the visits, we will try to make our passengers taste local and regional Turkish cuisine. For the delicate persons, our guides will be able to help with the composition of special menus.

Interruptions and extensions : The travelers will have various possibilities of breaking or extending the tour to enjoy a stay or a cruise. All these arrangements are mentioned on the page of each tour.

Transfers : All tours arrival and departure transfers are provided for each passenger and will be secured in group with the passengers arriving on the same flight. Private transfers will be secured if passengers are alone on a flight.
The name KOPTUR and the names of the passengers will be written on welcome board. If requested, it is possible to personalize the welcome board with your logo.

Entrances : Entrance fees to the museums and archaeological sites stated in tour programs are included in tour prices. However, extra fees for camera and/or video camera will be paid by the participants

Tips :  Tipping is customary but not compulsory in the country. Tour prices include tipping to hotel staff, waiters and porters. However, the customary tip to the guide and driver is left to the client’s discretion.

Domestic Flights : International and domestic flights are not included in the prices. Regarding domestic flights, you can make a request to Koptur. Only the price of the air ticket, without service expenses, will be invoiced.

Transportation : We provide air-conditioned buses with 43 seats for 16 passengers and plus; air-conditioned buses with 31 seats from 9, up to 15 passengers; and air-conditioned midi buses with 15 seats up to 8 passengers. In the case there would  be only two participants, tours will be by C category air-conditioned rental car and a private guide, with the tour operator’s consent.
